The Bronte Luxury Bedstead is designed to make a statement, combining generous proportions with traditional upholstery detailing to create a truly striking centrepiece. Defined by its regal headboard, the Bronte brings a sense of grandeur and refinement to both classic and characterful interiors.
Standing at approximately 5ft tall once set on its carved wooden legs, the headboard is one of the largest in our collection. Deep buttoning across the entire surface adds texture, depth and a distinctly vintage feel, while the gently scrolled finish softens the silhouette and enhances the bed’s elegant presence. This balance of structure and softness allows the Bronte to feel luxurious without appearing overly formal.
The bedstead sits proudly on carved wooden legs, shown here in a Walnut finish, which elevate the design and add a refined decorative detail. These legs not only enhance the overall proportions of the bed but also contribute to a lighter visual footprint, allowing the headboard to remain the focal point.
Handcrafted in our North West England workshop, the Bronte Luxury Bedstead is built using a solid hardwood frame for strength, durability and long-term support. Upholstered to order, it can be finished in a wide choice of premium fabrics, with over 50 options available, including the flexibility to supply your own fabric for a truly bespoke result. The Bronte is available in a full range of sizes, including Emperor, making it an exceptional choice for those seeking something truly distinctive.

Tailored To You
Fully customise your design. Your upholstered bed will be finished in one of our expansive range of fabrics to create a bedroom unique to your taste. Please note that due to maximum fabric width some panels will need to be upholstered horizontally to avoid unnecessary seams.

Inspected By Experts
Quality is assured as each of our beds is individually inspected by our experienced upholsterers before leaving the factory.

Step 1: Production & Preparation
Once your sofa has been handmade and fully quality-checked, it’s passed to our dispatch team for collection. This stage can take a few days while our carriers schedule their pickup. As soon as your order leaves our workshop, it enters the delivery network and begins its journey to your home.

Step 2: Delivery Scheduling
Our delivery partners work on an up to ten working day service from the date they collect your order. They will contact you around three days before delivery to arrange a suitable date. The evening before, you will receive a two hour time slot so you know when to expect your furniture.

Step 3: Delivery to Your Room
On the day, our two-man team will bring your furniture into the room of your choice, unwrap it and give you time to check everything over before signing. This ensures you’re completely happy with your order before the delivery is completed. For more details, please see our Delivery & Returns page.
