Delivery

We are pleased to offer UK Mainland delivery for £99 on all items, helping make getting your dream sofa, chair or furniture piece that little bit easier.

As soon as your order comes off production, we’ll notify our carriers to arrange collection from the factory. Once collected, they will deliver within 10 working days. Our delivery team will contact you a few days before delivery to book in your slot.

For smaller items from our accessories and furniture ranges, delivery will usually be by courier within 10 days from when the item is in stock.

Our delivery rates are as follows, please note these are for Mainland England deliveries only:

Sofas, chairs, footstools and large furniture items:
£99 one-off charge per order

Accessories and small furniture items via courier:
£9 one-off charge per order

We are happy to accept orders for delivery outside Mainland England, including Scotland, Wales, remote areas and offshore locations, however additional delivery charges will apply. Please call us on 0161 736 5733 so we can advise you of a delivery price based on your location.

Returns

We operate a 14-day returns policy from the date of delivery. During this period, you can return an item for any reason, provided it is in an as-new, saleable condition. No return delivery charge will apply for non-faulty items returned within this timeframe. More details can be found in our Terms & Conditions.

If you order an upholstered item in your bespoke fabric, leather or with altered dimensions, your automatic right to return is revoked, as the item is made specifically for you. This does not affect returns due to manufacturing faults.
